Agreement to Terms
By using Agentica, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Agentica is provided by GenLabs ("we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
Beta Software
IMPORTANT: Agentica is currently in beta. This means:
- • The software may contain bugs, errors, or unexpected behavior
- • Features may change, be added, or removed without notice
- • Service interruptions may occur
- • We're actively developing and improving the product based on feedback
By using Agentica during beta, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.
Account Requirements
To use Agentica's paid features, you must create a GenLabs account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Subscription & Payments
Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
API Credits
API credits included in your plan are valid for the current billing period only. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Agentica to:
- • Generate malicious code, malware, or exploits
- • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- • Infringe on intellectual property rights
- • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or abuse the service
- • Resell or redistribute access to the service
- • Interfere with or disrupt the service
Intellectual Property
Your Code
You retain all rights to the code you write and any output generated by Agentica based on your inputs. We claim no ownership over your intellectual property.
Open Source
Agentica's source code is available under an open source license. See our GitHub repository for license details.
Third-Party Services
Agentica integrates with third-party AI providers. Your use of these services through Agentica is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GenLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of Agentica.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Agentica is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the Agentica extension. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
